My (John's) 30-day Challenge
My 30-day challenge is to run (or at least jog) 30% of the time i would've been walking instead. I chose this challenge, because i believe that i need to be more active, and because i have gym and would eventually get a beep test, and i would need to get more exercise. I can accomplish this by thinking that i'm in more of a rush than i would usually be in these 30-days so i would do things faster, and would get more exercise since i would be using more energy to do my daily routines. This would also help me when i actually need to be faster in my routines because i would already be faster than usual at doing them.
