So far i have successfully (or i believe) ran more often. My goal was to run 30% more than before i started the 30 day challenge. I accomplished this by feeling in a rush mire often than i usually would, doing that also helped me do my homework and other stuff much faster than normal and opened up more free time for me.
I feel good about my 30 day challenge, it has decreased the time i need to do my daily routines, and it was easier than i thought it would be.
